Very professional office. Dr. Chang is lovely and takes the time to listen to your concerns and goals. She has a fine touch, and not heavy handed. You will walk out feeling better and definitely not like Frankenstein.

Dr. Chang is so personable and every visit is like a quick chat with a friend. Appointments go seamlessly and the front staff are very friendly and accommodating. The space is light and very welcoming. High recommend !

Dr Chang and all the staff in Paradigm are wonderful. I initially met Dr Chang for a laser hair removal consultation (for free) and she was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable. Clair at reception is always pleasant to deal with and helpful. Fe (a nurse) carries out my laser hair removal, she is is completely thorough and also a lovely kind friendly person! Laser prices are very reasonable in comparison to other clinics in Napa (I did my research) and very happy I came across them! I will also start going to them for all my facial needs. Thank you for everything you do and keep up the good work ladies!

Fe is soooo sweet! I absolutely love going to her for my laser hair removal! She is quick and thorough! She really gets in there and isn't shy when it comes to removing alll body hair. She never hurts me.  She is funny and polite.  Very professional. Highly reccomend Fe for your laser hair removal needs

BEWARE THIS PLACE BURNED AND SCARRED MY SKINI have been getting scars from this laser hair removal. I have seen both nurses for laser hair removal. The first one I had mentioned scarring to 2 or more times, and so we switched settings, but the scars were still coming about. I then switched to the next nurse because I assumed maybe it was the nurse who was at fault. I mentioned the scarring to the new nurse the second I switched nurses, then when coming to my next session I realized it was not the nurse, it was the laser that was scarring me. I then mentioned it to her again. She then rescheduled me to meet with Dr. Ann Chang, but upon arrival she wasn't planning on meeting with me, she simply relayed a message to the nurse as to why the scarring may be happening. I then said no that's not it,  so she went and got Dr. Ann Chang, and she then told me it was due to the pigment of my skin, it was in fact not the laser causing these new white marks, and that I could continue laser treatment.I have never had the amount of white textured scars I do now. I have done 5 laser treatments at another facility and when the hair would dissipate in patches I never had anything but perfect smooth baby skin. There are so many scars and she dismissed me and did not take accountability for the new permanent scars I have. She was incredibly rude, she did not care about me as patient. She had rude and uncaring bedside manners. She left me feeling unheard and un-helped
