THE BEST CONTRACTOR IN AMERICA. Arnold is highly experienced in all aspects of construction, he is a MASTER in drilling and foundation, and knows everything in his job. he is very honest and solid, he never trick nor cheat you for more money, his price is very fare. his work is excellent and it is worth every cent I pay him. My 100 year old crappy foundation is on a deep slop hill where the soil is week and had landslide before in Oakland hill. I talked to 8 contractors before I met Arnold. many of them can't do this job, or quoted me over a quarter million to half a million dollar to replace this broken foundation.... when i met Arnold, i believe that he is the one whom i should work with. He not only built my new foundations at such a deep down slop hill but also contributed very important and vital ideas to the foundation re-design/revision.... i can't imaging without him what my foundation would be.... I thank god that I found him for such a difficult job.
