    Carl was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything on how to operate the electric wheelchairAnd made sure we could reassemble and disassemble to put in my car. He helped 2 other people that were there and they were happy with their product when they left.

    Really No stars for this Medical Equipment & Supply Company. I purchased two Lift chairs from them and Carl refused to service the broken chairs that my disabled husband used. My husband has a brain disease and cannot walk and cannot talk. The nature of this brain disease has no cure or treatment. The manner of which I was treated by Carl the Owner was disrespectful and the refusal to fix the broken lift chairs that I paid over $3500 went against the Life Time Warranty of the Golden Lift Chairs. The tech that came out to the house actually took the back up chair out of the house and managed to displace the entire frame of the chair while tugging on the chair while trying to move it through the front door. The first chair frame had completely broken and needed to be replaced. This company Global Medical changed ownership sometime ago and had I known the current owner Carl was so unwilling to honor the life time warranty and refused to fix my husbands chairs I would never had called them. I was forced to go to another Medical Equipment & Supply Company out of Lake Elsinore to purchase a new Lift Chair and they even brought me a temporary lift chair for my husband. Please do not use this company for you or your family medical needs. They have terrible customer service. Armando took my husbands back up chair and tried to move it out of the house and in the meantime he totally dislodged the mechanics from the frame of the chair. While on the phone with Carl who told me to tell Armando to bring the chair back into the house, that is when all the bolts were pulled out of the frame. These chairs were my husbands only means of existence and this Company completely destroyed his back up Golden brown lift chair.

    One of their drivers parked in a tow zone which interferes with emergency responders & ambulances access to our units.  I showed the driver where he should park & he refused to move his truck & told me he was just "unloading" while he proceeded to build a mobility scooter in the roadway.  When I told him he was in a tow away zone he called me a "racist".  I phoned the office and told "Carl" that the average age here is 86 years old and paramedics & ambulances are called to our several times everyday so parking in the tow-zone is a health & safety issue. "Carl" told me he didn't care what I had to say and to have the front desk call him because "other places let us unload" wherever they want.  I told him he may get a letter from our legal counsel informing him of the liability he faces due to employee negligence.  So much for trying to be reasonable - waiting for their truck getting towed off the property & seeing Global Medical in court.
