I will specifically report on product quality once we install the turf, but the attentive, thorough, cheerful, knowledgeable service Hector at the Murrieta store provided deserves its own review. I felt well cared-for, courteously assisted in decision-making, and never talked down to. Truly, he went beyond what I expected and Id go back again in a heartbeat, even though hes a Red Sox fan.

This place is amazing, they have a variety of options that you can choose from, its very organized and clean. I cannot rave enough about the customer service that Alec provided. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered every question I had, got us with all the needed material, got us efficiently checked out and loaded. THANK YOU ALEC!!

Great place for artificial turf! I was helped by Anita she knew every answer to my questions regarding installation warranty etc. I would definitely recommend this place over and over.

This place is horrible. They treat their employees like garbage, the company doesnt take accountability for their delayed installations, but instead blame the two people they have working a 5 plus man job. Contractors who drive very far to help this.turf company are treated like they do not matter, when in reality they keep the company afloat.
If you want grass thats overpriced and definitely will not be ready on time this is the place.
