Barry from Bear Creek Heating and Air had the difficult job of coming to our home to inspect and evaluate work that had been poorly done by a prior company.. He documented all of the outstanding issues and handled communications with our home warranty company in a timely manner. He showed up as scheduled, worked efficiently, and made certain the job was finally completed correctly. Valerie from their office was also a pleasure to work with. She was always courteous and returned calls as promised. Based on our experiences with Bear Creek Heating and Air, I would highly recommend this company. Service: Repair HVAC

Terrible vendor.  They are all about making crazy nonsense excuses for why they will not fix a heater when it is covered by a warranty company.  They get paid by warranty companies to not fix problems instead of doing what they are legally required to do.  After a lot of debate they reluctantly replaced a part for a heater that was partially working.  Now the heater does not work at all and they refuse to take any responsibility claiming the heater is old.  HORRIBLE VENDOR.  Do not use ever.

I have used Bear Creek three times now and have never been let down. We had them replace our pool spa heater and it was done fast and works perfectly. They have done our AC as well and let me tell ya, Im cold right now and its 100 out! Highly recommended Service: A/C system repair

Professional and reliable company and service.This company was sent to us via home warranty. We were sceptical at the beginning as the previous contractors that were assigned for similar jobs in the past were, let's just say, not the best. In Bear Creek instance we couldn't be happier. They contacted us in timely manner once the dispatch number was issued and kept us informed throughout the whole process. The contractor Barry was very professional, friendly, super knowledgeable and knew how to advise on any matter we asked about. He received the equipment he asked for and installed it cleanly and efficiently. He also double checked post the new equipment installation to ensure that everything was in order.Solid six stars from me and definitely highly recommended their business and services.

I have a pool system that has been operating with no problems for 12 year. I have replaced the pump and heater etc., but never had any issue with the operation electrically. I turned the pump on and saw smoke from the controller box and the pump wouldnt work. The home warranty sent these guys out and they said its not covered because i was "missing components". I know the home warranties are a scam, but they showed me the work order from the employee and what he told us what totally different than what he reported to the Home Warranty. He told us he wasnt even an electrician and it was clearly an electrical issue, but thats not what he reported to AHS. They are all in cahoots for the quick fee and then they move on.Edit of teview: he reached out to me and explained what he had reported to the hone warranty company which was different than what they told me. He also called them back and made it clear to them what the exact problem was. I appreciate the extra effort and him reaching out to make this right
