        Action air continually takes the best of care on my AC and Heater. German Anguiano is just the best.

        Services and quality varied depending upon the worker. Thomas and Caesar were good. The other workers were variable. A one day project took more than a week to complete with them rescheduling at the last minute two times( I hung out for two hours for them to tell me in the last 5 minutes they weren’t going to make it. ) They weren’t always prepared with materials. and I had to remind them about what was agreed upon in the contract. If I hadn’t checked one part would not have been replaced. They completed it but it took diligence on my part. What concerned me more was that they accidentally damaged my closet and then tried to cover it up. They came back out and made the repair doing an okay job with no offer at compensation. The final project was done satisfactorily. Price and quality were more competitive with other installers. Services: Install heating system, Install AC
