We loved having our Quiet Cool whole house fan at our other house, and when we moved we had to get one for our new home. We contacted them online and were immediately in communication with them. We got the Stealth pro and the smart attic Gable fan installed within 48 hours of our first communication. The Quiet Cool Guys installed it and were on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were a great team and very friendly. I will recommend them to my friends.

Timer went out on our Quiet Cool house fan. These guys came out the same day I called and replaced the timer. Quick and professional, top notch service. I highly recommend them!

I thought my wall remote died after putting in a new pair of batteries. I phone the Quiet Cool manufacturer but I was about one year past the 1 year warranty. During the conversation I mentioned I unscrewed the back to put in the batteries. I was informed that was a mistake as I should have only removed the face panel to inset the batteries and sometimes the unit will die when the back panel is removed. This was NOT mentioned in the instructions and since the instructions were not clear, asked for a free replacement. They refused. So I ordered a new wall remote and had The Quite Cool Guys (they are independent of the manufacturer) to install it. They notified me about 20 minutes before their arrival within the promised range via text. They arrived as promised. I explained how my old remote bit the dust after taking off the back and that I had a new one. Alec and Misuel synched up the remote with the Quiet Cool in the attic very quickly. In fact, from arrival to departure it was only 3 minutes. It cost $95 to have the unit installed. A bit expensive just for three minutes of work. This is the only reason for the 1 star deduction. I would recommend Alec and Misuel, both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After they left, I happened to notice just before tossing the old remote one of the battery connectors was slightly ajar. Once fixed, it worked perfectly. Being disabled, climbing up into the attic to swap out the units is not an option. Bummer, I just spend $60 on a new remote and $95 to have it installed for no reason.
