We lost our pretty girl on 10/28 and have been devestated since. We were not regular customers of this clinic, however when my husband called and made arrangements for us to drop our Blondie off and the staff took care of everything for us.. From the sweet young woman who took her (thank you!), to the cremation company they used to the entire staff sending their sympathy we are thankful, grateful and have been put at ease. We received a beautiful card with 2 small bags of her hair which made us cry all over again with a wonderful card. I am sure this might be everyday behavior and processes for the staff and doctors , but I want you all to know that we couldn't have entrusted a better staff to leave our pretty girl with. Thank you for your kindness, washing and returning her pjs and blanket and just making us feel better. Blessings to you all
