        Jill has gone above and beyond to help during a stressful time of trying to close on our home loan. We urgently needed help and learned that when you purchase Allstate insurance on the website, you're not assigned to an agent so there's no immediate assistance. Updating my information online, it says it would take 7 days to process, which is too long when we're on a tight deadline for closing.Jill was recommended to me and she has been phenomenal. She's very prompt in answering my questions, making me aware of things I didn't know and going above and beyond in general. My policy isn't even under her, but she still did whatever she could to help get my issue resolved.The person who recommended me to Jill literally said that they've stayed with Allstate just because of the excellent service Jill provides.
