    I ordered a mattress over a month ago. I haven't seen the mattress nor the refund I requested. Customer service keeps giving me the runaround about it and gives me different delivery dates and it never shows up. I want my money back and they say now that I have to wait for the mattress to be delivered first. I reported this place to the BBB.

    Do NOT purchase a frame from them, it's all junk, overpriced junk. Purchased a mattress and frame with headboard in January 2021. First frame showed up and looked used, plastic removed, smudge marks, small tears. I requested another and they sent one. Now, after 4 months it has completely fallen apart. Contacted Nectar and they said oh well, shipping another. I requested my money back, no go, still shipping another.

    I wrote a review about 2 weeks and I don't see it posted! Still dealing with my dresser, that was damaged during the first shipment. The second replacement also damaged. Told it's basically my problem to dispose of their damaged products and no option to pick up?!! Poor customer service overall and for the mattress...I ended up canceling because it took over 4 weeks. Can't review the mattress if the timing is awful. I bought another one similar at Costco and it's fine! Do not buy anything from Nectar and read the reviews on Google first not their website!

    I am currently experiencing the worst customer service. I started this experience on April 11th by purchasing 2 adjustable bases and 2 twin xl mattresses to make a king size bed which comes with sheets, pillows, and a mattress protector. I then purchased 2 extended warranties for the adjustable bases and 2 extended warranties for the mattresses, all for 10 years. The mattress warranties still haven't shown up on my account even though the purchase is complete on my credit card. On to the next fail- I have received my adjustable bases, sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors all in different shipments which isn't horrible because they were either on time or early. I was excited to get the old mattress and box springs out of the house and setup the adjustable bases so I took my old mattress and box springs to the dump on the day that I was to receive the mattresses. That was 4 days ago as I'm writing this review and we still haven't received our mattresses and the information on the website still reads awaiting shipment. When speaking to the Nectar support team they claim it is UPS who is at fault and UPS is failing to pickup the mattresses. The most ridiculous part of all of this is my extended family also purchased their adjustable bases and mattresses around the same time and they have been complete and in use for a week now. I feel this is unacceptable. They refuse to escalate the matter to anyone who wants to take ownership of the problem and I haven't gotten any real support from Nectar or Mulberry, their extended warranty company. I am still waiting for their Facebook support team to write back and provide me with support. Today is April 21st so I'm going on 4 days of non mattress sleep now so maybe that's why I am so upset. I will update this review as soon there is an update from Nectar.
