Lived for about a year and loved Highland Gardens a lot. Right next to Rengstorff Park, conveniently close to Mountain View downtown and San Antonio Center. Good gym with brand new equipments. The management team is amazing, all of them are friendly and so nice. They called me for the package delivered wrongly to the apartment even I after I moved. Wall is bit thin, and unfortunately I had bad luck with my noisy neighbor that was bit tough to work from home. Otherwise, I would have stayed forever :) I miss y'all.

I moved from San Francisco to Highland Gardens last year, and I feel really at home here. My space is way bigger than what I was used to for a one bedroom, and the apartment is modern and clean. The in-unit amenities like the washer/dryer, air conditioner, and dishwasher have been game changers for me.
The people here are very nice. I worked with Dominque when I was looking at apartments and on move-in day, and she is professional, genuine, and went above and beyond to help me out. While I was doing my search, I felt like I had a ton of questions, and she quickly answered every one. The manager here is Arnetta, and she impressed me the minute I met her. You can tell that she really cares about this place and the residents. Her responses to my emails or calls have always been swift and thoughtful. I had a maintenance request recently, and my ticket was handled promptly and expertly. I can't say enough how good these interactions have been.
The neighborhood here is quiet and clean, and the park next door is a huge plus. There is ample shopping and food is close by. I plan to stay here for years to come.

I lived here in 1980 back when I was about 5- but I believe it was named “Cypress Gardens” then? I have fond memories of the stairwell inside the apartments and helping to teach my sister how to climb the stairs and the time my friend Joe-Joe pushed me in the shopping cart in the front driveway so fast! It tipped over and I hit my head on the ground cracking my head open with a minor concussion. My dad was working on the car in the carport and ran out and scooped me up. Oh the days playing with friends...
It looked so nicely renovated! When I lived there it had the groovy orange carpet haha! I’m glad it’s still recognizable from the outside. I also have fond memories of my mother taking me to the park, swimming in the wading pool and all the amazing bushes and trees and wide open spaces.many memories here! A long time ago.
