After my communication with Maridel Miciano, the manager, decided not to go there.
He didn't answer me once. Okay, he was in a rush maybe. After I pinged him he replied back but after my next email he decided not to answer.
I think this type of management during the next 9-12 months is not for me.

I love this place. I has lots of green open spaces around and it is very well located. The management is strict but fair, making sure everything is in order. It is an old complex but it is well maintained. Whenever something happened they took care of it quickly. I highly recommend this place.
