I had an issue that needed to be dealt with immediately, I had called the office late in evening, I received a returned call promptly Early in the Morning by Karin, who immediately addressed my situation, took it out of my hands and resolved the issue with the insurance company. She is extremely professional and at the same time very personable. I truly appreciate her taking the burden off of me and resolving the situation. Karin kept me in the loop at all times, ending with a successful resolution. Very appreciative!

Fraud Alert: Buyer Beware Inaccessible agents Brian and Sean who are unaccountable for their mistake in overcharging fees. After paying the full 6 month premium in advance, one month later I was hit with an additional $65 fee. My agent, Sean, told me that this fee was due to a new driver's fee because I had a new California driver's license. I went to the office to prove to him with my North Carolina State Driver's license of 20+ years that I was not a new driver. I had to persist in getting him to remove that new driver's fee. Upon selling my car, I was hit with another fee taken out of my reimbursement of the premium due to the agent's negligence in entirely removing the $65 "new driver" fee with an additional "late fee." I called the 1(800) Customer Service number and was told to talk to my agent in Mount Shasta. I have left messages for their office, their private cell phones and have not gotten a return call to straighten out the mistakes that were made in over-charging me TWICE. Do not use this office. They will not take care of you.
