        I called to see if they do repairs. My chair intermittently starts and stops. The tires have been changed to large offroad tires. I was told "we cant help you. We wouldn't even know how to work on that". I told him all the parts are the same, it just has bigger tires, but he would not even look at the chair to even see if its something that can be fixed. His response was "we wouldn't even know how to get tires for it". I dont need tires. Its electrical with a joystick, controller, and motors, the same as every other chair. Still refused to even see the chair at all.

      Sorry to hear that we couldn't find a solution for your chair. Is it an electric scooter or wheelchair? It sounds like it must have been a misunderstanding. Occasionally, we do turn down repairs for certain brands that have difficulty providing parts.
