        Henry's crew of John & Evan were prompt on arriving and were able to complete the job in a timely manner. The issue was caused by our contractor during the construction of our new kitchen. The issue could have caused a fire and John & Evan corrected the problem. We will be contacting the contractor with pictures of poor workmanship. Thanks to John & Evan for making our home safe. Another good experience with California Power & Light.

        Talked with Henry yesterday and his appointment at my house was to be between 3 and 4 p.m. today! Here it is after 6 p.m. and with several calls to his establishment, there hasn't been "ANY" return calls to me! I've been waiting all day for what I believe is a short in my wall, (my neighbors had a short and the house caught fire), But this seems to be of "NO" concern to henry,(a small h for a small man), and to   and Calif. Power & light! If this vendor had any miniscule amount of professionalism, someone could have at least called and said he couldn't make it today and would be out tomorrow!  I can no longer support this type of unprofessionalism and wish others to consider, (better), vendors that this!!

        They did a great job installing our new electric panel to replace a 60 year old one. It was not a simple job and they came up with a solution none if the other bidders suggested that saved many thousands of dollars and permit headaches. Excellent all around.
