This is a fantastic carpet cleaning service. Everyone was friendly, responsive and really just such a joy to work with. They did such a great job cleaning our carpets & couches - we have 2 dogs so lots fur and built up pet dander. They got out all the stains and our carpets look like they did the day we moved in. Price was fair too - they use high quality equipment and cleaning solutions so you definitely get your moneys worth. Would highly recommend and we will be using this company again. Thank you!!! What an absolutely amazing company to hire. Jeff came out almost immediately to give a quote (needed to do some recon on the tile floors before he could). Gave him a tour of the house and he was able to give me a fantastically reasonable quote. Scheduled for a week out. Week out arrived and the cleaning crew came out and were SO SUPER FRIENDLY. Walked thru what they were going to be doing, how it worked, what we needed to do after they were done. About three hours later our carpets were clean and the grout was a much more natural color. Really spectacular job and INCREDIBLY reasonably priced (about 50% less than a national chain of carpet cleaners). The rugs dried fast and they seemed to have woken up again. Honestly I can't wait for my carpets to get dirty again just so we can have Carpet Tech Solutions come out and work their magic.
