Called to see if they had inner tubes, phone message says they are not answering the phone during their big sale, but said they were open on Saturdays. So I drove there at 1:15 p.m., opened the door, and the man and woman in there both yelled at the same time, “WE’RE CLOSED!” Turned around and walked out. Won’t ever go back.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Where do I begin. We were told it would take a week to fix a flat tire along with replacing its rim. A week later, haven't heard back. We were patient and waited another week and still haven't heard back. We called numerous times, no one picks up. We head to the location, bike is still NOT ready. We go back 3 days later, Shifty, is "working" on it and had the guts to brag about his work and was rude enough to be the one complaining on how we're the impatient ones?! We have kids patiently waiting to go on bike rides with their parents in this quarantine and Mr. Shifty hear talking out of his a**! And we weren't even giving him attitude! I quite feel sorry for him and whomever will be asking for his business. Save your money & your time. Go elsewhere. Totally unprofessional!

I have used Shifty for advice and parts for about a year. He is always super energentic and friendly. He has all of the best answers along with the best possible solutions for obtaining parts. I am and have been extremely happy with the service he provides. Sorry it took me so long to write a review. But a year later I am still a fan!
