I'm baffled as to why Buzzs Appliance Services has 2 terrible reviews on here- they must have reviewed the wrong company- if I could give 10 stars I would! Ken was entirely upfront about his charges when I called to get an estimate prior to making an appointment with him to fix my refrigerator. First and foremost- he fixed my refrigerator (for UNDER what he had quoted me on the phone)! Not only only that- he was very honest, charged a fair price (lower than the other estimates that I received), and he's a genuinely good person who actually cares about his customers! After my great experience, I will be a loyal customer for year's to come! Thank you Ken!

The guy who came to look at our refrigerator door was so rude. He had an attitude when he removed the bottom vent and acted like he was put out because there was dust. My dad called Thompson and was quoted $85 for a service call. Evidently my dad’s call was referred out to this guy. He said it was $135 to diagnose and to vacuum under the fridge $235! What??? I said we could vacuum. My dad said he was quoted $85. The guy told him it was $85 to come and a minimum of $50 for his time! He looked at the door for no more then 10 minutes. Then he said give me $85 and I’ll add the difference to the next time I come when I have the part to fix the door. Really??? I said he was rude and gave him his $85 and we would hire someone else. Good riddance

We called to have someone come and look at our gas stove and give us a opinion or an estimate. The person that came his name was Ken. What should have taken only 30 minutes to evaluate, Took him 2 hours, It was a 7 year old stove 2 of the gas lines on the burners had separated and needed to be repaired. We told him that we wanted to Evaluate whether it was better to buy a new stove then put more money into this old stove. Ken charged us $210 to Evaluate what we already knew that the 2 lines were separated Then told us it would be another $150 in parts And labor Bringing the grand total to $360. He could have let us know that in the beginning but he ran the bill up to $210 then thought we would have too much invested in it To buy a new one. We felt we were betrayed since all of that could have been evaluated in 30 minutes and we would have had an out of pocket cost of $45 for his Estimate. Instead we paid $210 for a stove the would not work and he left us hanging after having to pay him $210 for his valuation. We will not use this company again and will tell our friends not to use them It's sad that you have to go through this type of Scenario just to get a Honest Quote "bad business practice" I hope the owner of this company reads this and sees what's going on.
