This has been the most awkward and unprofessional model walkthrough I have even experienced. From the first time I called a older gentleman on the phone was in a rush and uninterested in questions I had and when our brief conversation came to an end he called me “buddy”. I decided to try a second time and spoke Zuly and stopped by for a walk through. They did not have a time frame the homes would be done , did not offer a walkthrough , and did not take us seriously. I am 27 years old and I own two homes . This would be our 3rd property and my primary residence. We qualified 800k and stopped by here Bc we are local and it was a short commute. I mentioned to Zuly we where also intersted in Rialto/Fontana and she said we can’t afford it. That was by far the most unprofessional and line crossing statement I’ve ever been told by a representative of a company. I was so disgusted I didn’t even bother qualifying thru their lender if that’s what the community represents .
