When our dad passed unexpectedly in November 2023, we found ourselves having to move our mom (with dementia) across the country and put their house on the market very quickly. Justin was caring, thorough and clear in his communication with us. He put us at ease from the beginning. He worked well with our real-estate agent, and we never lost a minute of sleep over the estate sale. He even installed security cameras so that we had access to the progress from the other coast! HIGHLY recommend.

0 STARS. BUYER BEWARE! I hired this company to help with my parents estate after they passed. It was a very difficult and emotional time and I was hopeful this company would deliver what they promised. They failed every step of the way. The owner Justin, was rude, flippant, not empathetic and offensive. The entire process of working with this company was horrible. He failed to follow through on his contract agreement in many areas. DO NOT HIRE them. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a company.

My wife and I really appreciate the exceptional service we've been provided by Justin and and his wife with both online auctions and in-person estate sales. We've particularly liked their attention to detail and personal interest in helping us.They always show their willingness to go above and beyond to get the best results for the individuals that they're working with, especially when the situation is very dynamic with a lot of logistics involved, which is such a difficult thing to do nowadays.

Zero stars, should be investigated for taking advantage of people vulnerable after death of a family member.On the initial visit they seemed very nice and professional. They said with the sale and cleanup we'd break even and probably make money. I was surprised how they were able to say this without looking carefully at what was there. The first sign of something awry was when they came to do pricing of the items to sell they started putting jewelry in their pockets "for safe keeping". We explained those weren't for sale. Then days before the clear out they warned that sales weren't going so well and we shouldn't expect the earnings they had said.The morning they came, my father was alone there trying to gather his things. They said he had to leave before they could come in. Being rushed out he forgot his iPad and when he called them to ask for it they said they had already sold it "to a friend". This was a locked iPad and he offered above market value because it had pictures of my mom that he could never get back. We put it into "lost mode" but they had hacked it so that didn't work.When all was said and done they gave us a bill that was incredible. We asked for an itemized receipt of what the charges were and they refused. Dealing with this awful company has reduced my faith in humanity.

The only reason I am giving a star is because i must. Im disgusted with the lack of professionalism and quality. Personal property damage and misrepresentation of services!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! We had them clean out, move, and auction the leftover antiques from a house that has been occupied by my family since 1972 due to the passing of my last living grandparent. They were cordial and pleasant on the face of it. They said they would move everything to a new apartment, sell or DONATE what they could and remove the trash. The stuff that got moved got moved in whatever order was easy. The left the garage unnavigable with books and heavy boxes stacked on fragiles, useful kitchen things buried in the unreachable corners. I return to the old family home to find all crystal glassware, antique furniture, and kitchen goods that were leftover after auction in the dumpster. NOT ONE THING WAS DONATED! It was a pure lie. Just to top it off, i found a brand new hole in the side of my trailer.
