More than a Realtor! I was fortunate enough to know Tina Hare through her community involvement. She had shared her thoughts on where she believed the market may be going and took interest in my personal situation. I told her about my plans to sell my home in a year or so due to my son going off to college. She suggested that we consider listing it sooner since she believed I would get a better price at that time. I trusted her intuition and listed the house. Tina sent someone to ensure my home was staged properly and we had an open house a few weeks later. Through Tina's pre-marketing we had a near asking price offer before we had the open house. We ended up with an "over asking" offer  on the day of the open house. The timing was perfect. Due to the quick close, Tina was able to negotiate a great price on our replacement home with a view. We never would have had what we have now without Tina. All I can say is thatTina knows the market. She knows what buyers want in a home right now and she knows how to stage the home to get top dollar. She knows how to get the best price for a home you are wanting. She knows when to push and when not to. I have never met someone so genuine in her desire to help people as Tina. We will be using her exclusively in the future.

We were looking for the right house to buy and it took months to find the perfect one. We searched all areas and Tina & Associates helped make this process easier for us. They had a lot of patience for us picky people and they helped find our house even when we decided to move almost 40 miles away from our original choice. They were amazing, fast, and really professional. If you need to buy or sell please think about using them you wont regret it!!!!!  My whole family is so much happier with the right house
