The technicians are very friendly and considerate. Recommendations are freely given and care is taken when visiting our residence. Most importantly of all the pest invasion has ceased. The bimonthly service keeps things in check. Forget the rest, Eric is the best.

I called at 1 PM because the technician never showed up and was told that my appointment was not on the books.
When I relayed how disappointed I was after waiting all day the guy offered to reschedule like it wasn’t an issue.
I suggested he called the three other guys that answer his phone line to see what happened with my appointment and all he offered was to reschedule me .
I just feel like this is a bit unprofessional for a business to take appointments and not show up or offer an sort of apology.
