Linzy quickly understood the root issue of not being able to find rental property insurance for a property in a FAIR zone, and that the priority was liability insurance (so fire was a low probability being early Feb). She organized a quote in a couple hours and also got the FAIR application process started. Her calm and purposeful demeanor along with detailing the background and sequencing of why she was offering what, gave me confidence that she understood my situation. This then resulted in a binding policy within hours as I needed a policy that day. Linzy is a true consultative salesperson, and I highly recommend her.
Prior to Linzy, I was quite surprised at how difficult it was, and the lack of knowledge amongst the three insurance reps at other firms that I talk to beforehand, on how to go about securing a policy that covered everything except fire, and at the same time start the FAIR process for a rental condo in the SF East Bay.
