        Very happy with Baldwin Garage Doors. Jake arrived about two hours after my call just like he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and his price was $175 cheaper than a quote I received earlier in the day. He fixed the issue in about an hour, and our garage door was back up and running. He was quick, knowledgeable and reasonable. Highly recommend!

        Use somebody else. Jake did not tell me "he did not have time" or "schedule for a later date". He asked me to send him pictures of what I would like done, which I did multiple times, and I never received a response. Pretty disappointing when I was ready and willing to use Baldwin again, and even more so when the response to a bad review is not accurate at all. Also, far too expensive for the service provided.
