I constantly receive emails requesting money, but the message doesn't provide instructions on how to request support or contact helpdesk. That and the harsh lighting on my kid's brown face are the reasons for the rating. Maybe someone will reach out to clarify: Were there cap and gown photos for seniors (upperclass cohorts)? Just need clarity on why my senior was in a gallery called "underclass." Thanks in advance.

The people who run this company are extremely nice, but in my opinion, a bit outdated in their photography. I wasnt really happy with the outcome my daughter got so I ended up hiring someone different to do her senior photos. I did get one decent enough for the yearbook and two others that were good, but considering how many were taken, it was a bit of a disappointment. I take some responsibility in that I wasnt able to go with my daughter and sent her dad instead, but clearly the photographer should have some knowledge on how to pose people and how to get certain looks. Beyond the standard yearbook photo, and the one in her cap and gown, it seemed to be left up to the client to sort out with very little direction. It just reminded me of pictures back in the 80s and 90s a bit.
