I had some great fish and chips and my dinner companion had a great grilled cheese w/tomato. The view of the harbor is pretty sweet. The prices aren't too bad for being on the Monterey tourist wharf. The staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. They do use stupid paper straws that you have to use three of, but that's just Cali, amirite?

We had a large group with an order that included chowder, fish-n-chips, fish tacos, burgers and even chicken. Everything came out at once, hot and amazing. 3 types of chowder, best one I tried on the wharf.
