Worst place to be doctor did nothing gave me some medicine for couch which didn't worked, even though I coughing so bad in front for her, but she didn't tell me what's causes my cough. Please don't go to this place and save your money even after insurance they charged extra $250

Monse, the phone receptionist I just spoke with, was really amazing. She went above and beyond and was really friendly and caring. My first experience with MMG, RR was great. Update. Second experience within 20 minutes. Fernando was amazing too. He is going above and beyond to assist and will follow-up with me when he has more info. Update 2: Fernando called me back 10 minutes later, because Amanda Daly was prompt reply to him. Thanks for the amazing customer service. A+ so far. I now have a Dr. Appt with Dr Hadi in Carmel.

Warning Terrible Service! They use medications against you like they know your past before even reading your records behind the reason you take the medications! The manager that oversees this location is not willing to help the patients! They will leave you hanging with no medication, no call backs and are full of excuses! I used to look up to this health providing company but it has recently become a nightmare! They give you time frames they dont stick to! They use diagnoses against you but the ones you really need help with they ignore! I have given them the up most respect to get mistreated! I was told over the phone while speaking with staff that with such a tough and very lucrative market they will go all out to get and keep patients because they loose so many... that was a slip up... it switched subjects quick! I realized I am no more than a co pay and not a human being/patient! The doctors are very very biased! Be warned! This was my personal experience!

Horrible customer service. Never have the info you need unless you make an appt. The only one who calls you back to provide info is the staff nurse Audi. I give her 5 stars but the rest need to go back to customer service school.
