Took over 30 minutes for one burrito and people who had come in after me were already eating and gone before I got my burrito. When I asked why it was taking so long I was met with attitude. Employees have a difficult time managing their stress.

We arrived from San Francisco after visiting cafe of same name locally and were really disappointed with wait staff who got our order all mixed up and the manager was so rude my god I couldnâ€™t believe it - will visit never here again definitely donâ€™t recommend. Manager needs to work on customer service.

Great cafe with good coffee and well prepared, fresh, and yummy food. Typical cafe environment for hanging out or a quick meal. This is my go-to place when in Monterey, and I have taken friends there who were very pleased with the food and ambiance. Highly recommended.
