Worst Doctor, staffs are poor knowledge, they took long time to respond, I urge people never to see him

I called to schedule appt for my mom. A lady picked up and asked for my mom's information. Upon learning what type of insurance she has, she immediately said appt is all booked until next year and said my mom should ask the family doctor to refer her to other specialist. I didn't know what to respond at that moment. But couldn't help to think why she didn't say appt is full in the beginning of the call? Why didn't the doctor just take his name off the referral list if they are not accepting new patient. Now my mom has to go back to the family doc, ask for another authorization, and it will waste her at least 1 month to be able to schedule appt with other specialist. This is so incosiderate and selffish action. I would encourage everyone to think twice before choosing this doctor office.

He is a unprofessional doctor has a worst attitude. Never has a terrible experience like this............... (1) This medical provider did not provide any verbal consent or information regarding the procedure before I proceeded. (2) During the procedure, I was appalled by this provider's nonchalant careless demeanor in how he treated me as his patient. While undergoing the procedure, this provider was chatting away with his colleague about his most recent vacation, yet when I asked him about something I saw on the computer screen, He stopped me immediately and yelled "DON'T TALK" with the most despicable tone I have ever heard. I was so confused to what I heard so I asked "Excuse me? Why can't I ask you questions about my colon if I'm your patient?" Then he proceeded to tell me to be quiet and pushed me forcefully which caused a significant amount of pain. Afterwards, he proceeded to treat me with a certain hostile demeanor I have NEVER encountered in my entire life by a medical provider. I am absolutely APPALLED by this provider's treatment of me while I am undergoing a very invasive procedure. This provider has absolutely NO REMORSE for his actions either. DON'T GO FOR THIS DOCTOR.
