        Setup a service appointment to replace a single PVC component under a sink. Not only did I schedule the appointment, I called to set the appointment, then sent an e-mail with a drawing and photos outlining the very simple work being requested, then called back to confirm the e-mail had been received and reconfirm the appointment. Green lights across the board. Come service window, I called to ask plumber ETA. Was told I'd be called back "right away." Over an hour passed, no word. I tried calling back, they claimed that an appointment was never scheduled. Absurd. Save yourself the absolutely horrendous experience and go with someone else. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
