Absolutely Horrendous service the manager Jonathan refuses to return phone calls. accessories are promised not given Phn was kept way longer than expected when I wanted it back gave me a hard time and would not cancel my order. I was even told to write a good review on Google what a joke of a place!!! NEVER AGAIN. 0 Stars

BEWARE!!!! I have been a sprint customer for awhile & I never had a bad experience until I came across this location. Please, if you are interested in opening a new line go to a corporate store you will end up with free accessories and a better deal and a copy of your contract. Yes, a contract with written proof of what you signed up for. Jasper "helped me" took him over three hours to set up my phones, at the end I was not provided with a copy of a receipt after I paid or a copy of my contract. How Shady!!!. I was told by him and his boyfriend because apparently you can bring your boyfriend to work. They both attacked me by saying it was not mandatory for me to receive a copy of my contract? and claimed that it "should" have been emailed, which I never received. I mean what kind of business sales goods and provides no proof of receipt, probably one that has a lot to lose. A corporate store will go over and beyond, show every feature and plan in front of you and provide you a copy of everything. It was my lesson learned. RATINGs NEVER LIE. PLEASE BEWARE.

Well we went to 2 sprint stores and they wouldn't help us at all so we came here to this store at mall and the guy had a really good costumer service answer all our questions and that's good tho thanks OMAR the sprint store next to Don Roberto Jewelry !!

The guy there was so rude. He didn’t look at me when I was talking to him and he told me he couldn’t help me and that I should find a different location even before I asked him a question.
