We bought our first home in Nov of 2019 with Jodi. My Fiance and I were referred to Jodi by another family member who also were helped by her in their home-buying venture. I am so glad that we were able to work with her. She made our first home purchasing experience so much more enjoyable than I could have ever imagined. She was well informed on all the neighborhoods that we wanted to look at. She also had homes lined up for us to look at and really got a feel for what my fiance and I were looking for. We both felt that Jodi had both of our best interests in mind and most importantly we trusted her. She was amazing in negotiating for us. Jodi kept us informed and in the loop all the way to our closing week. She even helped us out with our closing costs with the Firefighter Real Estate Program that we qualified for. Which was a big help! She was such a pleasure to work with and would recommend her to our family and friends in the future!
