One Stop Home Arcadia

I more than happy with the service and also price I received from One Stop Home Arcadia. The team completed a soft story retrofit for my house. They had a designer that drafted up plans. As soon as strategies were approved, and also permit provided, they finished the retrofit relatively quick. It took about 2 weeks to complete with every little thing passing the cities inspection. The team was easy to deal with and also i would certainly suggest One Stop Home Arcadia. We live in earthquake nation, I feel a little bit more comfortable currently. Would suggest!

A couple of weeks ago we really felt an earthquake in our house and noticed some cracks in our basement so right away we started doing some research and found One Stop Home. I had no clue about what earthquake retrofit meant but they explained to me the whole purpose and how they would do it, I figured the price was totally worht to pay in order to feel safe and I'm really glad they did.

I have called several contractors for the earthquake retrofit program. They were very quick to respond and came to give me an estimate in a few days with details. They did the work as promised and on time. We are very satisfied with the entire crew they were very informative of the work and gave me updates as the work process so I felt involved the entire time. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience working with One Stop Home . They replaced part of my foundation and retrofitted my house in busy downtown. They clearly take pride in their work and frequently checked in with me to make sure the project was meeting my needs. Great communication. Great care to detail. Seamless coordination with the subs. Clean job site at the end of every day. I obtained 4 bids and am glad I went with One Stop Home .
