First things first they dont respond to customers at all. Their service was causing me to miss phone calls almost a year ago so I canceled my subscription and followed their directions for discontinuing their service. After that I sporadically would receive emails telling me that they had blocked a call here and there and I figured that it would stop when my yearly subscription ended in April. In July I was still having calls blocked and receiving emails so I reached out to them and received no answer. Its now late October and this is still happening! They worse than any telemarketer they claim to block. Dont sign up with them its a huge mistake!
