Rude employees! While shopping for a new phone. The long haired male/female (not sure of the correct pronouns) made a rude comment about my kid and the other horrible employees laughed. Hopefully management will fix this problem. And fire this person who should not be in any customer service or sales position. This person should be working in a warehouse or ready pack or Walmart. Ill take my business to another location. Great job employee you lost the company money, but Im sure you dont care.

If possible no star at all. I rarely post reviews and normally i only post super psotive reviews..Came to purchase a phone. First attempt to pay, the agent forgot to put the zipcode so the card got declined. Second time went through - so i thought its all goos. Sure enough the phone never came till the next 6 days.Came back to the same store but it was busy. Waited for about 15-20mnts and finally spoke with CS name Ana - the worst CS i've ever met.She was super rude and was not willing to help at all. Basically she just wanted us to leave asap (eventhough it still 0.5 hour before they close). All i asked is the status of my order. And she just read the previous agent notes which is back order. I asked her is there any estimation and she kept answering "no.. i dont know, there's nothing i can do on my end. The phone can be back order for a month". Since i need the phone, i asked her if possible to cancel so i can get from other place. She said no and all i can do is to return when i get the phone. But the problem is i dont even know when i will get the phone. He tone of voice is so rude and condescending as if i dont pay for the phone. Knowing that she wont help me at all and obviously she doesnt care with her job - i just left the store not more than 7mnts after talking to this super rude Ana girl.Since i dont believe anything to what she said, i called 611 and spoke with another agent. She said they have plenty of stock in inventory for the phone i want and she wasnt sure why my order was on hold. Plus i can still cancel the order since it was not processed all the way. This agent help me to re-process the order smoothly.So moral of the story DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE location - especially if u got assist with the lady name Ana. TMobile need to do better job when hiring CS.

Experience was horrible. I went in to simply replace the exact same phone I had (the IPhone SE), but just an upgraded model. The sales person sold me the phone but with 64 gigs instead of the 256 that I already had in my original phone. I didn't notice till the next morning. I called the store as soon as they opened and told the manager Gaby what had happened and that the clerk made a simple mistake and asked if I could just exchange the phone. First she told me the incorrect restocking fee of $70, then she refused to acknowledge her employee made a mistake and did not waive the restocking fee even though it was them who sold me the wrong phone!Once I got to the store, I had to also inform the manager that the restocking fee should be $40 based on the value of the phone I was returning. She was unaware of that, which proves to me that she doesn't know her job well. The sales clerk also failed to mention a service fee of $35 at the time of purchasing the phone. They never gave me a receipt so I didn't notice till the manager was issuing me a refund and I took a look at her paperwork, which she also did not provide me a copy of. There was so much mentally lazy work done in this store, inability to sympathize with the customer, and inability to admit any wrong doing that I was really disappointed. We all make mistakes, but what makes customers really upset if having to pay for an employee's mistake. Not only did they lose T mobile a $500 sale, but they lost a customer and earned themselves a shitty review. Go somewhere else for your T-Mobile needs if you don't want a headache.
