        I used to work there, I used to think they were over priced, but then I went to work for a facility that received multiple bids and have used other companies, and those other companies quality doesn't compare to Generals, their not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, good quality!

        The representative was on time and so wonderful!! He answered and explained all our questions. He found the problem and it was fixed! I would highly recommend GENERAL to all home owners! I'd also like to mention that you recieved a text with a picture of the representative who's coming which I found to be really awesome! These days you just can't be to sure! Thank you Mr. Rodriguez...

        General just completed putting in a whole new HVAC system in my home in Upland. They did an outstanding job. I did some investigating on HVAC systems before starting to get quotes. Of all the bids I received, Darryl, the General salesman was the most knowledgeable about his field. The installers were on time, professional, courteous, and left the house immaculate. I would highly recommend General for your HVAC needs !!
