        He arrived over an hour late (see attached since he lied stated I requested him to come earlier than what was discussed). Spent 2-3 hrs attempting to start my car with new key replacements and was unsuccessful. He then took out his frustration that its my car's fault that his equipments doesn't work and had the audacity to expect me to pay full price even after accepting that his keys/equipment would not be able to start my car engine. I shouldn't have paid anything especially when the key doesn't even start the car engine and for his horrible attitude. I ended up having to tow to dealerships and paid extra for another set of keys! This was a definite waste of time, effort, and money! Don't get scammed!I even talked to towing company and Ford dealership and they too also advised that I shouldn't have paid any amount and was truly scammed especially when the keys you gave doesn't start engine, whats the purpose for these keys? On top, Ford stated they couldn't repurpose or have any usage. Ford even recommended to get my $ back! Thanks for NOTHING!I paid for a service that was expected to be completed within an hour. However I received an incomplete job and a person with alot of attitude thinking he deserved to be praised or for me to show any appreciation?!? He called me "Entitled" since I didn't agree to pay full price for useless keys!! Clearly, I shouldn't have paid for an INCOMPLETE Service! Don't Recommend!!
