Freeway Smog & Auto Repair LLC

Our truck broke down in Mojave on our way to arizona for vacation. We were between a rock and a hard place. I walked to Freeway Smog & Auto Repair as they were opening in the morning and talked to Travis when he was opening and explained. He had me call his boss about working it first thing that morning. She was nice enough to ok it. 3 1/2 hours later we were on our way. Thank you so much to Travis and his boss taking care of us, that was 5 weeks ago we are back home and truck is stilll running great!

They saved us during our roadtrip. We had put some serious strain on our breaks coming from Texas, to Inyo National Forest and then planning to go to LA. They were able to order our parts in 30 minutes and have the job done in an hour’s time. If I were to be stranded on the desert again in need of auto care, this is the kind of place I would want to be around. We were set for our long roadtrip back to Texas thanks to these guys!

Didn't like the fact that I have to make an appointment to get my breaks done, I'm patient and would've waited my turn, but other than that great service ~ could work on people skills though ~

I found this gem in Mojave during my travel when the a/c unit in my family vehicle failed. Although the service required several hour wait while their workload was 2 weeks behind, the owners/operators was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I ended up not having it repaired as my family needed to return home and did not have a place to stay for the time required for the repair. I highly recommend this family-owned and operated establishment. Service: Air conditioning
