I own an older two story home that was in dire need of new gutters. Some wood rot & a mystery leak was also a major concern of mine. Carlos Ruiz Construction assessed and provided an affordable solution. Their professionalism & excellent workmanship has earned them  a 5 star rating in my book! I'm extremely happy with my new gutters and repairs. Definitely a number I will keep for future needs as should you!

Their quotes are over priced. They quickly want to get the basic job done and leave with quickly. They quoted double and tried to justify their price. Very poor work and I had to get it redone. Avoid them at all costs. !

Carlos did an amazing job on our gutters! He was very professional and extremely detail oriented. He explained our options very clearly and took the time to do it right.  We are very happy with our experience. Thank you!

I don't know if all the other reviewers are related to Carlos, but I have had nothing but bad experiences with him.  A couple of months ago I asked him to give me an estimate for some major pest work that needed to be done at my house.  He took a few notes, did not seem very pleasant or polite, like I was bothering him by asking for an estimate.  Then I asked him for an estimate to scrape my popcorn ceiling, and he quoted me an outrageous price.  He NEVER gave me a written estimate for either job!!  Then, to give him another chance, and on the advice of another contractor whom I trusted, I called his office and his secretary set up an appointment for rain gutter installation and he NEVER SHOWED and NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!  Either he did not like me, or the jobs were too small, but, regardless, I will NEVER call him back again!!

I've used Carlos Ruiz construction for many years now and would never waste my time anywhere else. I've referred friends and family to him with no regrets. He and his crew are professional, honest, reliable and friendly. He is organized, clean and very skilled. I am confident in everything he builds or repairs and know he has not cut any corners or skipped any steps. I trust my family's safety in all his work. He is great for small repairs and for big jobs. From hvac to rain gutters, electrical to plumbing, and framing to concrete!
