Susan Shetron has help my family purchase 3 houses. She is the best. Very kind considerate and always going the extra mile. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She truly is the only realtor I would consider using.

Katherine Todd did an amazing job with helping us with are house . She actually took the time to track things down and fix any problem we had approach . I would truly recommend her as a realtor .

If I could give them a zero I would. Steve and his company are the most conniving heartless people I've ever encountered. My husband and I purchased a home that they were listing and they, as well as the sellers, failed to disclose that the house was on septic and that the system was destroyed and needed to be completely redone. They patch covered the fact that the house was falling apart and not only wasn't livable but was extremely unsafe. They lied about repairs being completed that were part of our contract. We didn't start discovering the problems until we had lived in the home for a few months. We were all starting to get sick, which turned out to be from carbon monoxide poisoning. They capped off the vents to the hot water heater and furnace and carbon monoxide was leaking into the house. We were told our carbon monoxide detectors were in working order. Obviously they were not. I could go on and on about all the shady things that Steve Cavanaugh did to us and approved of during the sale of our home. Needless to say, we had to take our children, one with a terminal illness, and move out of our newly purchased $320,000 home into my mother in laws home. Our entire savings is gone from trying to fix this house. Steve is refusing to be held liable for any part of this. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
