        Since they're closing they're customer service is terrible but I got a nice deal for my new wedding set and it's beautiful. Can't complain there. The problem is sending it out to the jeweler to adjust, clean, and solder the rings. Too bad they're not going to be around a y longer.

        They sold me a 24,000 ring that was on sale because they are closing on valentines day 3 days later the diamond fell out and they wont do anything about it, nor return it. In good faith we bought this ring and now they say I have to wait 30days to use the warranty. Such bull ctap. We paid 5200 for it on sale and now its worth less no wonder they are going out 9f business
