Home Report Card

I do not know who Wayne The sane is. But if I ever miss anything on an inspection and it is brought to my attention, we do everything to remedy it . Since we never heard from Wayne the sane , we are at at a loss.

Never call this company for a home inpection. How does a home inspector miss a house having no hot water? I would have been better off calling the muppets. If I were given a choice between giving Steve access to my house or letting Gonzo's chickens do a home inspection then just give me Camilla's phone number. Gonzo is smarter, Miss Piggy has better customer service, and Fozzie is funnier. "Hey, if your water heater was running a marathon what place would it come in? Last because it isn't running! Wakka Wakka!"

We used them for our home inspection. The inspector Steve and his colleague missed the kitchen faucet leaking issue twice and costed us more than a hundred bucks to let the handyman to fix it. When I called Steve to request a reimbursement for the repair fee, he refused and did not want to admit their fault. His experience is questionable to me. And I do not recommend this service.
