The reason I put 1 star is because I tried to speak with the boss of this office, left a message to have them call me to report this issue, but did not hear from them.I understand that accidents can happen. if a cleaner has integrity, they will own up to their mistakes and not hide them. In this case, two things were broken in my home and never reported. One breakage was a large glass Christmas ornament was broken, and the tiny glass chards were found on top of my dining room table on and under the plates. The second breakage was my shower curtain rod. The cleaner just balanced the rod to cover it up, only to have it fall on top of my niece the next day.     I would have "let it go" if she had told me and apologized, but she hid it and didn't tell me about it. The management has not responded to my phone calls. I gave these two ladies a tip for the good cleaning before I saw the breakage. For this I will not use them again.
