Not sure if this company carpet cleaning system is @ fault or what went wrong here, the carpet looked like it was not cleaned when they were done ! The tech went over one area with Buffer and pad setup, then carpet came out ok. Pointed out other couple of rooms but @ this time it was late in the day and tech said we need to schedule for him to come back to reclean carpet They did not show to first appointment so I called company a Gal answered said she was the owner & that she would come out with the techs, again never showed up or called to reschedule! I would not recommend this company for carpet cleaning. Service: General carpet cleaning
