Highly dislike service. I can always expect to wait long to get help (3x with same pregnancy had to wait for a tape measure 15 min. and saw the girl we ask for help walk to take a break then come back and she didn't say anything, the next was waiting 15-20 min. to get someone in the back of the store to buy a chair. Someone had to be called 2x then the manager or head employee had to come to help.) *They are super slow.* The "Toy's 'R' Us" location is actually worse and not helpful. I have only been there 2x and each time felt silly being the second person in line and waiting so long. For what? And when I asked if they had a toy they just pointed and said "you can check over there in the figurine section". ??? The store is big! I don't know where. ??? :( I wish the management cared enough about the dignity of it's employees, store and customers and trained employees well to give at least good service. It is just silly!! Enough you guys!
