J & W Automotive

Received my car back with nothing screwed back on, he even acknowledged it. Guy is always late. Says to drop off the car at a certain time and is never there. Constantly waiting on him. The check engine light keeps coming on after "being fixed" I'm starting to think nothing is being done. We had to take the car back 3 times because the check engine light appears, he thinks it could be something completely different everytime. It's really frustrating.

On a long, hot, drive from Phoenix to Oregon in July, our A/C stopped blowing cold. After calling around to various unknown repair shops, the only one that offered for us to bring the car in right away was J & W. Rafael got to our car in about an hour and found a slow leak in the system. He recharged the system for us and gave me instructions to my Phoenix mechanic about the problem. we were on our way within 3 hours with cold A/C. I am very very pleased with the work he did and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. In fact, I feel we were lucky to find J&W automotive. I recommend J&W to anyone. Service: Air conditioning

J&W has always done a fantastic job of working on my vehicles over the years. Raphael takes the time to explain and go over the problems and solutions to our vehicle repairs. I have been burned by a number of repair places, J&W is the only place I will bring a vehicle now.
