THE BEST! We have used Your Money Matters for our taxes for about 7 years. They are clear, efficient and very detailed. We know that we are given the most up to date information by YMM so we can comply with changes in the tax code. We love the ease of scheduling and efficiency of submitting our returns. YMM takes away much of the pain we used to feel around tax time. Thank you Your Money Matters!

Worst tax experience I have ever had. After giving me counsel through the year and following all their instructions, they assured me I would have the results they promised. When the time came to file taxes and all the numbers were put in, Conrad once again assured me their calculations were correct. After 3 days, instead of a phone call, I received a half hearted email telling me I ended up owing A LOT more than they previously calculated. Here is the email with redacted information: "Hey Andrew, Got some good news and some bad news. Good news is we've wrapped up your tax return. Bad news is after putting all the numbers in the right place, had a little bit different outcome then I told you on the phone. Still nothing crazy, but you do owe a little more to the feds and state. $xxxx total." I then responded very upset with situation, because I was lied to. Instead of explaining where things went wrong or trying to work with me, I received another email, this time from Chris: "Andrew- You are right - we are morons. Thanks goodness you have almost a month to find a local professional to help you with this. We'll go ahead and clear our server of your data. Good luck to you in your future pursuits-" If you wont responsible, reliable, and knowledge able CPAs I recommend going elsewhere. At this point Turbo Tax would have been a better option.

Cathy White has been my accountant for 8 or 9 years and has been nothing but exceptional. YMM has been available, informative and efficient for my wife and I and kept us sane through a multitude of tax seasons. Thank goodness
