        Worst customer service ever. I went to get a smog test and told the guy I had their coupon for $37.75. I have a Ford Escape . The coupon states most cars , vans and trucks extra. It says nothing about suvs. He literally screamed at me "IT SAYS MOST CARS !" I said it didn't mention suvs and maybe you should update your coupon. He screamed again, MOST CARS!! It was embarrassing. I left. Update...they answered my review with total lies. No one else was waiting and the smog guy screamed the moment I told him I had a coupon. Very disrespectful and rude. He should not be dealing with the public.

        The guy who did the smog check for me was super rude. Before doing anything he gave me the paperwork and said the total is $68 and when I told him I saw your $37.75 deal online he raised his voice and said you have to mention it before I give you the paperwork! Really? Why not after the service is done and is time to pay? Even after that he charged me $46 not what they mentioned in the ad. You need to learn how to talk to a customer. I'll take my business somewhere else next time.

      There was no screeming I had 5 customer waiting for their cars!! And we didn't give you any service. You are just out for troubles! Coupon Cleary says MOST cars!! What else need to be said!

      I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding but you came in with a very bad attitude! I gave you the invoice to fill out, you ignored me and returned it empty. The coupon Cleary says it must be present and not after you sign for full price and refuse to fill-up the invoice, then you mention the coupon! I was busy so Not much talking happened and no voices was raised and the job was completed with the coupon price in less than 20 min. I had your baby stay in the car for it was raining and offered you a drink! Sorry again and hope you have a better experience next time.
