It has been a year full of events with building maintenance that does not get resolved. Do not let their vendor enter your property for any repairs until they give you a full schedule. They have left my place with ripped walls for 6 month and refusing to repair them util a bigger project on all patios are done. They do not answer you accurately and keep you in holding pattern. They have no ethics with zero concerns for your safety and health when it comes to the building and maintenance, even when all those concern are spelled out. We are utterly dissatisfied with them and wished our board would choose another company to service our community.

I was a part of the association for over 5 years. Whenever we as homeowners had an issue they were very prompt to listen to our concerns and help us in any way they could. As a Realtor, I still enjoy working with them on various aspects and as someone who once worked in property management myself, I can tell you it's no easy job to keep so many homeowners and vendors happy at the same time. Let's all exercise a little patience and KINDNESS. Jennifer Anaya is my go to person and she is very friendly and efficient.
