I made reservations for my 30th birthday party 6 weeks in advance. However, the night we went in they pushed us out of one of our 2 tables saying that a party of 20 that scheduled in September was coming in. The manager yelled at me and told me that since we were up at the bar and out dancing we couldn't keep the table and when I explained to him that we were only up there since our server was slow he told me it was not his problem. 2 days prior to our reservation the guest services called and asked if we could come in a half hour early and I told them no because we were taking a party bus up there. She moved our reservation up anyway and we were greeted with a "You're late". Not a great start. It is too bad because other than that we had a great time. Great music, good drinks, good food but the staff is not friendly and they have lost at least 35 people's business because of this.
